Keep communication channels open while helping people move beyond their comfort zones. Technology alone doesn't transform organizations. Leadership does. The companies that succeed with AI won't necessarily be those with the biggest budgets or the newest tools—they'll be the ones whose leaders inspire confidence, build trust, and bring their people along for the journey.
