As part of Earth Hour, organized under the leadership of WWF Türkiye, we came together with nature at Lake Uluabat alongside our colleagues and children. During the birdwatching activity inspired by Yaren the Stork, we observed the region’s ecosystem on-site under the guidance of nature and wildlife photographer Alper Tüydeş, and listened to Uncle Adem as he shared the story of the bond he has built with nature. Bird migrations are a vital indicator of balance in nature. As this balance shifts, the impact of the climate crisis on biodiversity and natural life becomes increasingly visible. As QNB Türkiye, we consider strengthening the bond with nature as a core pillar of our sustainability approach and we will continue our efforts in this direction.
