Maciej Miniszewski, our Country Manager Poland, joined a panel at the "Towards a socially just and climate-neutral Polish economy" conference at SGH Warsaw School of Economics, organized by @Fundacja Mission Possible, Polska Sieć Ekonomii, and the Student Political Economy Society. The discussion centred on equitable electrification. Maciej's focus: the grid opportunity that's being left on the table. Every car in a company car park is a mobile BESS - a battery that can discharge back to the grid when prices spike and demand peaks. At Qmesa we quantify exactly this: - flex potential, - system operator premiums, and - value pool sizing for portfolios that include EV fleets.
