Precision engineering has its own kind of beauty. The team at ORCA Computing recently captured this stunning image of one of our fiber mirrors facing a planar mirror — and its own reflection staring back. Look closely and you can see the tiny concave indent, machined to Ångström-level surface roughness directly onto the fiber end facet.   What makes this even more special: this image didn't come from a photo shoot. It came from a quantum computing lab, from researchers pushing the boundaries of photonic quantum technology every day.
