🏅 Our co-founder Jennifer L.M. Rupp has been awarded the Heinz Maier-Leibnitz Medal, the highest scientific distinction of the Technische Universität München! The medal was presented during this year’s #DiesAcademicus, TUM’s central celebration of academic achievement. Jennifer is an outstanding researcher and a leading voice in the area of electrochemical materials. Her expertise in solid-state electrolytes, electrochemical storage and ceramic synthesis pushes scientific boundaries and forms the foundation of Qkera's mission to enable safer and more efficient next-generation batteries. She received the award within four years of making the change from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and reflects: "This award means a lot to me because it shows how important materials are in renewable energy.
