🎉 New Publication Alert! 🎉 Our latest work entitled "Total-body [18F]FDG-PET/CT imaging of healthy volunteers with minimal effective dose", was published in EJNMMI yesterday! A big thank you to the entire team for making this happen. The manuscript explores how far we can reduce radiation dose in total-body [18F]FDG-PET/CT by combining ultra-low injected activity with deep-learning–derived synthetic CTs. We achieved reliable organ-level quantification with injected activities as low as ~25 MBq while basing the attenuation correction on synthetically generated CTs, enabling substantial dose reductions down to 0.45 mSv.
