๐ŸŽ‰ Exciting Publication News! ๐ŸŽ‰ It has been a long journey, and we are thrilled to finally share this work. A genuine team effort by a very talented team! Our manuscript, โ€œWhole-Body [18F]FDG-PET/CT Imaging of Healthy Controls: Test/Retest Data for Systemic, Multi-Organ Analysisโ€, was published yesterday in Nature Scientific Data! This work presents an open-access, comprehensive test-retest dataset for whole-body [18F]FDG-PET/CT imaging in healthy controls. We created this dataset to establish a normative reference for whole-body [18F]FDG-PET/CT in healthy controls and to evaluate, through testโ€“retest measurements, the reproducibility and repeatability of these readouts โ€” defining a baseline against which disease-related metabolic deviations can be assessed. We hope this novel resource supports future research in PET/CT and fosters the development of more robust, reproducible methods for systemic and multi-organ analysis. A sincere "thank you" to all co-authors and collaborators for their excellent teamwork and contributions throughout this project: Sebastian Gutschmayer, Josef Yu, Barbara Katharina Geist, ร–ykรผ ร–zer, Bettina Reiterits, Daria Ferrara, Manuel Pires, Ivo Rausch, Harald Ibeschitz, Georgios Karanikas, Lalith Kumar Shiyam Sundar, PhD, Lukas Nics, Zacharias Chalampalakis, Ph.D., Dina Muin, Werner Langsteger, Marcus Hacker, Thomas Beyer, PhD, MBA ๐Ÿ“œ ๐Ÿ”— You can read the paper here: https://lnkd.in/dCa_Sj7s ๐Ÿ“‚ ๐Ÿ”— The dataset can be accessed directly here: https://lnkd.in/dFcHTSE6 #PETCT #MedicalImaging #FDG #Neuroimaging #PET #ScientificData #OpenScience #ResearchPublication #NatureScientificData #QIMP #Vienna
