Olga left Ukraine the morning the war began, with little more than a backpack. She had to start her life over from scratch. What she found at QIAGEN was a job, and something she never expected. She was searching for work far from home while holding her family together, her young son and her parents. Providing for them was everything. A single LinkedIn post led her to QIAGEN. People in her network shared it, someone encouraged her to apply, and from application to offer took just 19 days. But what stayed with her wasn't the speed. It was the people. Fifteen years of marketing across healthcare and consumer brands had carried Olga this far. Today she is a Global Campaign Manager at QIAGEN, working with teams across regions, and several colleagues have become friends. She still carries home with her. "I miss my home.
