Employee Spotlight: Randy Parsons | Director of Office & Administration We’re proud to celebrate Randy Parsons, a cornerstone of QAT Global, as he marks an incredible 30-year milestone with the company. Randy’s journey reflects the growth of QAT itself, joining when the team was just three employees and helping support its expansion to nearly 250 today. Throughout his time here, he’s worn many hats, playing a vital role in administrative and infrastructure operations while building strong connections across teams. His steady leadership, reliability, and deep knowledge have made a lasting impact on both our people and our organization. Outside of work, Randy enjoys spending time with his wife Julie and his family, especially on cruises and vacations. He’s also dedicated over 20 years to volunteering with the Boy Scouts, where he enjoys camping and the outdoors. In his free time, you might find him flying his drone, building LEGO, cooking, or relaxing with a good book on his Kindle.
