Happy to collaborate with Dvara Research Foundation for our latest report on financial health. We surveyed 4,000 households across 18 districts in seven states to better understand how India’s Bharat segment navigates money, manages uncertainty, and makes financial decisions. The findings reinforce a critical truth: customer behaviour is often far more nuanced than the way financial products are designed today.
