Purdue University researchers have developed a novel, patent-pending method to produce soybean-based biokerosene, a breakthrough that could expand biofuel use in cold climates and aviation. “Sustainability is a big issue for everyone. Using biokerosene fuel blends can help reduce greenhouse gas emissions and contribute to the mitigation of climate change,” said Junli Liu, senior bioprocess engineering research scientist.
