🎉  4 years at Amazon Web Services (AWS) today!  🎉  Time flies when you're constantly learning (and occasionally panicking 😅). I still remember my early days - staring at case queues wondering if I'd ever feel confident enough to hit "send" on a customer response. Now I'm jumping on calls, debugging issues live, and somehow treating weekend escalations like just another day at the office. This job has taught me more than I ever expected: - Patience (because not every issue has a quick fix) - How to stay calm when a customer says "this is production and it's down" - That the best feeling is when a customer replies with "it's working now, thank you!" - That there's always something new to learn, no matter how many cases you've worked From having a mentor to becoming one - that's probably the part I'm most proud of. ❤️ 4 years in and I'm just getting started.
