What a fantastic evening for Governance in the startup ecosystem! 🔥 Last week, we had a full house of engaged and curious founders who showed that Governance is no longer seen as a burden, but as a real growth enabler. Through a dynamic and gamified board simulation, we laughed, reflected, and explored very real governance pitfalls — from role confusion to KPI misunderstandings — in a way that truly resonated.
