The Proud to Work for Ireland Network (PWIN) is our network of Civil and Public Servants that work to provide support and representation for LGBTQIA+ staff across Ireland. The PWIN consists of staff of all grades and backgrounds with members representing over 25 civil and public service bodies. Every year, the number of staff members in the PWIN grows, as does the number of openly LGBTQIA+ staff in the civil and public service. publicjobs remains committed to our mission statement of recruiting a diverse, highly talented and committed workforce that truly reflects the diversity of Irish society today. To celebrate the start of Pride Month, PWIN members from across the country gathered at publicjobs HQ to discuss the myriad ways in which the workforce can continue to diversify and to foster a sense of community in the Network. We were honoured to host them all and to welcome speaker Philippa Ryder, author and Grand Marshall for Dublin Pride 2026. #PWIN #DublinPride
