Steffen Schmidt — Head of Digitalisation at Konstanz district office, responsible for implementing the district's digital transformation strategy. Philipp Roll — Head of Cloud & AI Infrastructure for the public sector at Cisco Germany, supporting government agencies in building modern, sovereign IT and AI platforms.
