What happens when you bring together 40 audacious young changemakers, 4 real challenges straight from public sector practice, mentors who've actually built solutions to these problems and remove any hesitation from the equation? You get #CodeTheState! Over 25 hours at IPAI Spaces last weekend, our participants worked non-stop — not on invented scenarios, but on problems municipalities in Baden-Württemberg are actively trying to solve. What we witnessed went beyond what we had hoped for! This was exactly the bridge #PublicMakers exists to build: between young people who want to create change and the spaces where change actually happens.
