We are seeking an experienced Blaster & Painter Technicians to support maintenance coating and repainting activities for industrial facilities, including Full Blast Tanks (FBT), Cold Box units, storage tanks and associated plant structures. The role is responsible for performing surface preparation, abrasive blasting, coating application, and corrosion protection works to maintain asset integrity and operational reliability. Location: West Java, Indonesia Industry: Industrial Gas, Air Separation Unit (ASU), Plant Maintenance Requirements: - Minimum 3 years of experience in blasting and painting activities within Industrial Gas, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power Plant, EPC, or Manufacturing industries. - Proven experience working on storage tanks, pressure vessels, steel structures, or cryogenic facilities. - Familiarity with industrial coating systems, corrosion control, and surface preparation standards. - Ability to operate blasting and airless spray painting equipment. - Knowledge of safety requirements for working at height and confined spaces. - Valid blasting, painting, or coating certifications will be an advantage. - Physically fit and willing to work in industrial plant environments.
