Antonio Nieto-Rodriguez recently published an article on LinkedIn examining the changing role of the Project Manager. His argument: AI now outperforms humans at scheduling and status reporting, so a PM's value can no longer rest on spreadsheets and Gantt charts alone. The article's central point is one we agree with: project failure is typically a leadership failure, not a tooling failure. Software cannot resolve that on its own. But the right software, in the hands of leaders focused on outcomes rather than task-tracking, changes what's possible. This is the premise Psoda is built on. Software manages the project mechanics so teams can focus on leading the work rather than administering it. That shift looks like: 👉 Leaders driving outcomes, not just activity 👉 Teams finishing what matters, not just staying busy 👉 Organisations treating projects as strategy in action, not a separate function Worth a read: https://lnkd.in/eCYQkczD #ProjectManagement #Leadership #FutureOfWork
