This project started with three PHP developers helping our client, an email marketing platform, scale their alpha product. But pretty quickly the client realized they also needed multilingual technical support for their growing global customer base. So we built that team together, starting with L1 tech support. As their needs grew, we grew with them. Level 2 support, QA specialists, product specialists, DevOps, sales engineers. Each time their business evolved, we found a way to evolve with them. They process 228 million messages on Black Friday and we maintain 100% uptime during those peaks. Customer satisfaction climbed from 2.8 to 4.1 on Trustpilot over the past few years. We've been through two acquisitions together. Each time they could have chosen a different support provider. They didn't. That's what 13 years of trust looks like.
