On Wednesday, we secured a resolution to grant outline planning permission (subject to s106 Agreement) for up to 28 new homes in Stotfold, Central Bedfordshire, on behalf of Persimmon Homes and Taylor Wimpey. We designed the scheme and prepared and managed the planning application. The application was not without its challenges, but we are thrilled to have secured a successful outcome for our clients on this Site, which was previously allocated in the Local Plan for employment.
