Justina Murray, chief executive of the Aberlour Children's Charity, was one of the highlights at our Forum. She was a guest on our Getting Things Done panel and insisted Scotland was a rich country that spends its money poorly. Justina echoed calls to concentrate more resources on prevention rather than cure and added: 'There is a cavernous gap between good intentions and impact'. In terms of public spending Justina wants to see the Scottish Government lead by example. 'You go to meetings with a cast of thousands civil servants where they talk in jargon,' she said. https://lnkd.in/eafkvx8t
