In pharmaceutical air freight, a single spoiled shipment is a six- or seven-figure loss and a compliance failure. So when a European operator needed a next-generation in-flight telemetry gateway, "roughly right" was not an option. The gateway sits inside an active temperature-controlled container for the entire journey. It collects data from every onboard subsystem, forwards it over cellular when a link exists, and shuts down all wireless transmission in flight. All while surviving aviation vibration, EMC scrutiny, and a -20 °C to +70 °C envelope under RTCA DO-160. Our client had the product vision but not the combined embedded, aviation-compliance, and cellular IoT depth in-house. We ran a full-scope architecture and feasibility engagement across hardware, firmware, Linux, mechanical, and certification planning as one coordinated workstream, so no constraint was owned in isolation. The client received a validated, costed, execution-ready package before any hardware was fabricated.
