Today, on World Youth Skills Day, we are proud to welcome the newest cohort of students to the annual Vacation Student Programme at our Trinidad operations. This year, 49 students will gain valuable hands-on industry experience, helping to build skills, broaden perspectives and prepare for future careers. Developing local talent remains central to our long-term workforce strategy. Alongside the Vacation Student Programme, we continue to invest in the next generation through our Graduate in Training, Engineering and Maintenance Technician Trainee and Process Operator Trainee programmes. Together, these initiatives have supported more than 650 trainees, with almost half of our current workforce having started their careers with us as trainees.
