Great to see some of the insights from our CeMAT Australia fireside chat with David Jones CEO Erica Berchtold picked up in the media this week. In her first public comments since taking the role, Erica spoke about why supply chain needs to sit at the centre of retail strategy, not behind the scenes. She described the movement of inventory through a distribution centre as being as important as the product itself, as she joined our Managing Director Peter Jones to share lessons and advice from years of working together.
