Strong networks are built by people who are willing to share their experiences.💚 That was exactly the focus of last week's Women in Tech session with Rhonda Shah. During our virtual session, Rhonda openly shared her personal career journey, the challenges she has faced along the way and why embracing change often creates new opportunities. It was an honest and inspiring conversation that showed how valuable different perspectives and experiences can be. One of the highlights was our buddy exercise. Through one-on-one conversations, participants had the opportunity to build new connections, share personal goals and explore how they can support each other beyond the session. Because strong networks are not built in meetings, but rather through the relationships that continue afterwards. A big thank you to Rhonda Shah for sharing her journey so openly and to everyone who contributed their ideas, experiences and positive energy.
