The recent visit of Rozana’s International Board to the region was a powerful reminder of what sustained commitment looks like in practice. We were honored to welcome Ron Finkel AM , Chair of the International Board; Kenneth Bob, Chair of Rozana USA; Douglas Krikler , Chair of Rozana UK; and Rodica Radian-Gordon, Chair of Rozana Israel. During their visit, they had the opportunity to meet with our partners, engage with our teams, and take a deep dive into Rozana’s programs and field initiatives, including the Women4Women Mobile Clinic in the southern West Bank, the Jewish-Arab Dialogue at Carmel Medical Center, the Women's Ambulance Driver Training Program in East and West Jerusalem in partnership with MDA, Al-Rahma Pediatric Rehabilitation Hospital in Hebron, Al Ahli Hospital in Hebron, and meet with our subspecialty fellow, Dr. Ruba Rizik, together with the Head of the Pediatric ICU, Dr. Reut Kassif, at Sheba Medical Center. These programs and partnerships demonstrate the importance of human engagement between Israeli and Palestinian medical teams. The board's presence reflected true solidarity and a clear commitment to Rozana’s mission: advancing access to quality healthcare, strengthening local health systems, and building bridges of trust through health. We are deeply grateful for their leadership, presence, and continued belief in the power of health diplomacy. Health is a bridge. Commitment is our compass.
