𝗔𝗱𝘃𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗼𝗳𝘁𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲-𝗗𝗲𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝗗𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗦𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 Based on a signed Memorandum of Understanding, Project Q partners with HAT.tec, a leading German provider of mission management software for multi-domain operations, to develop and deliver integrated, software-defined defence solutions - connecting sensor data from different systems to enable decision-making and mission execution within a unified software architecture, across land, air, and maritime environments. The partnership addresses a core challenge in modern defence: fragmented systems that limit interoperability and delay decision-making. By combining HYDRIS, our open-source integration and orchestration middleware, with SCALE, HAT.tec's certified mission management system for human-autonomy teaming, data from different sensors and systems can be consolidated into a shared operational picture and translated more efficiently into mission execution. As our CEO Leonard Wessendorff puts it: "Defence software needs to move away from closed systems that are difficult to adapt. With HAT.tec, we're bringing integration and mission execution closer together, which is critical for building flexible, multi-domain capabilities." This collaboration is intended as a long-term foundation for joint innovation, coordinated market engagement, and the development of additional integrated solutions - in support of a European strategic autonomy.
