AI tools don't transform organizations. People do. That's what one week with Rethink Ireland reinforced, where we took our OutcomesAI work international, reaching 150+ nonprofits and social enterprises. But the real measure of success wasn't the rooms we filled — it was equipping the Rethink Ireland team to carry this work forward on their own terms. That's what capacity building looks like in practice: not a one-time knowledge transfer, but a lasting shift in what an organization can do on its own.
