AI tools don't transform organizations. People do. That's what one week with Rethink Ireland reinforced, where we took our OutcomesAI work international, reaching 150+ nonprofits and social enterprises. But the real measure of success wasn't the rooms we filled — it was equipping the Rethink Ireland team to carry this work forward on their own terms. That's what capacity building looks like in practice: not a one-time knowledge transfer, but a lasting shift in what an organization can do on its own. We're grateful to Google.org and Rachael Bleakley for supporting this work, and for investing in the kind of responsible AI adoption that starts with people, not platforms. To the Rethink Ireland team, Deirdre Mortell, Agnes O Shaughnessy, Caitlin Ann S., Suzanne Delaney, Avery Parducci, Ken Baird, Clare Killeen, and Ishika Gundecha: thank you for being such thoughtful, committed partners in this work. The way you've embraced and extended these ideas is exactly the kind of collaboration we hope to keep building on! And, big thanks to Simon Morfit, Kate Mullins, and Dianna G. for the thought partnership, the facilitation, and the laughter. Onwards and upwards. 🚀
