We are thrilled to highlight our partnership with U.S. Bank as part of the Spring 2026 Access-To-Ascend Bridge Program. Through this Bridge Program, 25+ students engaged in weekly live deal analyses spanning a diverse range of asset classes, including residential real estate, hotels, REITs, impact finance, and infrastructure financing. The program concluded with an in-person visit to U.S. Bank's Minneapolis headquarters, where students connected directly with U.S. Bank professionals, gained insight into early career opportunities, and toured the Pillsbury Artist Lofts, a National Historic Register landmark financed by U.S. Bank – an experience that brought the curriculum to life.
