We are thrilled to highlight our continued partnership with Perform Properties as part of the Office Real Estate Bridge Program. Through this program (see video below), 30+ students gained hands-on exposure to office real estate, spanning investment strategy, asset management, and leasing. The program culminated at a site visit to the U.S. Bank Center (USBC) in Downtown Seattle, where students explored the building's office operations and got an up-close look at what it takes to manage and operate a premier asset in today's market.
