We are thrilled to highlight our partnership with Greystar as part of the Spring 2026 Investments & Development Bridge Program – Atlanta Edition! Through this Bridge Program (see video below), 20+ students gained hands-on exposure to real estate investments and development through real-life case studies, while building the skills, industry knowledge, and professional connections needed to launch their careers in commercial real estate. The program culminated in an in-person site visit to Nomia, Greystar's stunning luxury development in the heart of Midtown Atlanta, giving students a firsthand look at institutional-quality multifamily development up close.
