Clean water, effective sanitation, and resource recovery are essential foundations for public health and sustainable cities. I am pleased to share reflections from our technical visit to the AraBern Wastewater Treatment Plant in Bern, Switzerland. The visit offered valuable lessons on wastewater treatment, circular economy practices, environmental protection, energy recovery, and long-term infrastructure planning.
