مشروع تخرج بعنوان CraftLink منصة رقمية لتدريب وتطوير مهارات الحرفيين وربطهم بسوق العمل ، طلاب معهد الدلتا العالي لنظم المعلومات الادارية والمحاسبية. تهدف منصة CraftLink إلى سد الفجوة بين التدريب المهني واحتياجات سوق العمل ، تقدم المنصة تدريب لكل حرفي بناءً على مهاراته واحتياجاته ، مع توفير بيئة تفاعلية تتيح تقييم الأداء المهني وفتح قنوات تواصل مباشرة وميسرة بين الحرفيين والعملاء، عبر واجهات تصميمية تركز على تجربة المستخدم (User-Centric Design) لضمان سهولة الاستخدام لكافة الفئات. أهمية المشروع: 1. معالجة الفجوة المهارية حيث يقدم المشروع حلولاً عملية لرفع جودة التدريب للحرفيين وتجاوز تحديات مخرجاته التقليدية. 2. تمكين التشغيل من خلال مساهمة المنصة بشكل مباشر في تقليل معدلات البطالة عبر آليات ربط ذكية بين العرض والطلب في سوق العمل. 3. دعم التوجهات الاستراتيجية حيث يتوافق المشروع مع الاستراتيجية الوطنية للحرف اليدوية في مصر (2025 - 2030) والتمكين الاقتصادي. فخورة جداً بطلابنا وفريق العمل الذين نجحوا في تحويل الفكرة إلى واقع ملموس يعكس مدى استيعابهم للتكنولوجيا الحديثة وتسخيرها لخدمة المجتمع. رؤية طموحة لمستقبل الحرفيين في مصر. Graduation Project: CraftLink A Digital Platform for Training, Skill Development, and Connecting Artisans to the Labor Market (Delta Higher Institute for Management Information Systems and Accounting) Project Overview: CraftLink aims to bridge the gap between vocational training and market demands. The platform provides personalized training tailored to each artisan's specific skill set and needs. It fosters an interactive environment that allows for professional performance evaluation and establishes direct, accessible communication channels between artisans and potential clients. The platform is built using a User-Centric Design approach to ensure ease of use for all demographic groups. Project Significance: 1. Addressing the Skills Gap: The project offers practical solutions to enhance the quality of vocational training and overcome the challenges associated with traditional training outcomes. 2. Empowering Employment: The platform directly contributes to reducing unemployment rates by implementing smart mechanisms that align supply and demand within the labor market. 3. Supporting Strategic Goals: The project aligns with Egypt’s National Strategy for Handicrafts (2025–2030) and the broader vision for economic empowerment.
