Innovation, from AI to new treatments, runs into the system's real capacity to absorb it. ๐น Cost analyses sit alongside social pressure, perception, and demand. ๐น Sustainability is no longer just an economic question, it's a clinical, social, and environmental one, all at once. This is reshaping the conversation across the sector. It's no longer just about demonstrating value but about positioning that value within a system, and making decisions under several tensions at once.
