New: API v2 and webhooks. API v2 is a complete rebuild featuring scoped keys, cursor pagination, and OpenAPI reference. Sync threads, contacts, companies, changelogs, help center articles, projects, members, and tags with any system you run. Webhooks let you subscribe to events like thread.created, message.received, contact.updated, changelog.published, and more. Every delivery is HMAC-SHA256 signed and includes retry logic with a delivery log. The V1 API keeps working until November 20, 2026.
