If you're only using AI tools for creating PRDs, you're missing out 99% of their capabilities: Here are some prompts that truly AI-native PMs are using right now to: ⭐️ Turn strategy decks into interactive artifacts "Build an interactive product vision demo for [product area]. It should walk through 3 strategic bets for [year]: [Bet 1], [Bet 2], [Bet 3]. Each bet gets its own screen showing: the problem we're solving, the proposed solution, and the success metric. Add a top nav so stakeholders can jump between bets. Use a clean, presentation-grade UI — this is going to a leadership audience." ⭐️ Collect competitive intelligence & positioning "Build an internal competitive intelligence dashboard for [your product category]. Include a comparison table with rows for: core use case, pricing model, key differentiator, and biggest weakness. Add a column for us vs. [Competitor A], [Competitor B], [Competitor C]. Include a 'Strategic Response' section at the bottom where I can type our positioning answer to each threat. Make it editable." ⭐️ Build a living OKR tracker for your team "Build an OKR tracking tool for a product team of [X] people. Each objective should have: an owner, a confidence score (updated weekly), a key result with a progress bar, and a 'blockers' field. Add a team health summary at the top showing: % of KRs on track, % at risk, and % off track. Include a filter by owner and by quarter: [Q1], [Q2]." ⭐️ Prototype the AI feature your engineers are scoping "Build a high-fidelity prototype of an AI-powered [feature] for [user role — e.g. enterprise account manager]. The AI takes [input type] and returns [output type]. Show three quality tiers of AI output: ideal, acceptable, and poor — so the team can align on the bar before building. Add an 'Override' button that lets the user edit the AI output manually. Include a feedback mechanism: thumbs up/down + a free-text 'Why?' field that feeds into a log." Happy building!
