Ask a product leader if AI changed how their team works this year and most will say yes without blinking. Ask if it made their product better, and the room gets quiet. That gap is one of the early signals coming out of the AI Threshold Project, a PDMA kHUB effort led by PDMA member Jake McKee. Through a survey and one on one interviews, Jake is building an honest picture of how product and innovation leaders are really using AI: where it's paying off, where it's creating risk nobody has resolved, and what might come next. But a picture this important needs more voices in it, and that's where you come in.
