It’s Disability Pride Month, and we’re spotlighting the experiences, contributions, and achievements of people with disabilities. Meet Susan Baillely, P&G Beauty perfumer and accessibility leader. As someone with low vision, Susan leverages all of her senses to create a “wonderful perfume experience,” contributing to product designs that are easier to use for everyone. Susan is part of the team that helps create tactile markings on our packaging, allowing consumers to easily identify and distinguish products around the home by touch. This takes the guesswork out of daily routines and creates a superior user experience for everyone.
