Good products don't start with specifications. They start with understanding how people live. At PRISM+, every product begins long before it reaches a customer's home. From understanding how Singaporeans live, to countless rounds of prototyping, testing and refinement, our product team is constantly asking: What frustrations do people face every day? How can we design something that's genuinely better for Singapore homes? That mindset is championed by Adhiraj Mahajan (王啊第), Associate Director of Product Research & Development, together with our product managers and engineering teams. Whether it's rethinking airflow on the award-winning Solaris Pro laundry rack, designing smart locks around HDB door and gate layouts, or tailoring products for Singapore's hot and humid climate, every design decision starts with a real local need. It's incredibly rewarding to see that approach recognised, not only through our recent Singapore Good Design (SG Mark) 2026 win for the Solaris Pro, but also in today's The Straits Times feature, which shines a light on the thinking, research and innovation behind our products.
