Prior + Partners at #UKREiiF2026: The UK planning system is at a critical moment. With ambitious housing targets and national reform underway, the window to turn intent into delivery is narrowing. The question is no longer whether change is needed, but how quickly the sector can adapt to deliver it. At this year's UKREiiF, we are bringing together leaders from across government, local authorities, development and planning to explore how to explore how innovative practices, digital technology and more disruptive ways of thinking can help move the system from deadlock to delivery. Chaired by Tom Venables FRTPI (Prior + Partners), the panel will feature:  — Bethany Dugdale – Deputy Chief Executive, Cambridge Growth Company  — Brett Leahy – Executive Director for Environment and Communities, Enfield Council  — Bridget Wilkins – Head of Plan Making, Digital Markets and Growth, Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government  — Cathy Francis – Director for New Towns, Infrastructure and Housing Delivery, Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government  — Ed Mayes – Executive Director, Development, Lendlease  — Jan Bessell – President, Royal Town Planning Institute A timely discussion on how the sector moves from ambition to delivery. Tuesday 19 May | 1:15–2:15pm | Cratus Group Pavilion, Royal Armouries, Leeds
