Our joint publication '21st Century New Communities: Raising the Ambition’, produced in partnership with ULI United Kingdom identifies six key attributes that will create inspiring new communities. Places that are Distinctive productive, healthy, thriving, resilient, and connected. Distinctive new communities celebrate history and heritage, generating local identity, pride and belonging. These communities integrate into the surrounding area, and where there were existing buildings, these have been refurbished and re-purposed to connect the past to the present.
