🚀 Strengthening Career Path & Shaping Mentoring at PHG Following a key strategic discussion at our International Leadership Workshop 2025 in Italy, we have now taken the first step. On 24 June 2026 in Vienna, colleagues from across HR, Business, and Marketing came together for an initial workshop on Career Paths & Mentoring. 🤝 Diverse perspectives, open exchange, and a shared curiosity defined the session. Rather than rushing into solutions, the focus was clear: to listen, to align, and to explore what a meaningful approach could look like across our Group. 💡 The workshop helped us to: • build a shared understanding of the topic • gather insights from different functions and countries • outline initial ideas and potential directions There is still a lot to be explored — and that is exactly where we are. What matters is the start: bringing the right people together, asking the right questions, and creating space for a joint approach to take shape. More to come as we continue the journey.
