South Eastern Melbourne Primary Health Network's (SEMPHN) key priorities are mental health, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health, population health, health workforce, digital health, aged care, and alcohol and other drugs (AOD). They partner with general practitioners, other primary health care providers, hospitals and communities to ensure improved outcomes for patients. Principle Design were honoured to be able to support SEMPHN create their 2019-2020 Digital Annual Report that aligned with their mission and key priorities. We developed an interactive digital report creating an engaging and innovative microsite to allow for users to have all information readily accessible, digitally.
