Mabrook to our Ten TESDA-BARMM Graduates with a Diploma on Shielded Metal Arc Welding after they patiently participated in a 34-day actual workshop at the TESDA-BARMM center. I share the joy of our Ten graduates and I am sincerely thankful to our dear MBHTE Minister, Hon. MP Mohagher Iqbal and the TESDA-BARMM Training Center Head, Glenn A. Abubakar. Special thanks to Ruby Andong, the MBHTE- BARMM Director General. Present during the momentous occasion aside from those I previously mentioned were: Karina P.
