The PFM Awards have just announced their 2026 Individual finalists. Terry Wilcock, our Group Health and Wellbeing Director, has been shortlisted for Unsung Hero of the Year. It's a category that suits Terry perfectly. Health and wellbeing work doesn't always make the headlines. It happens in conversations, in policies, in the small decisions that add up to a culture where people feel supported. Terry has been doing that work, consistently, across a business of more than 3,200 people and we couldn't be prouder. This individual shortlisting follows two Partner shortlisting's for Guardian Electrical Compliance Ltd work with NHS Grampian.
