Korea University shows over 75% reduction in AKI events when using PrecisePK for AUC-based vancomycin dosing. We’re proud to share the results of an independent study conducted by Korea University demonstrating the significant clinical value of PrecisePK. In a retrospective cohort study of 435 patients, patients monitored with AUC-based TDM using PrecisePK experienced only 1.2% acute kidney injury (AKI). In comparison, standard trough-based TDM with CAPCIL reported 5.08% AKI. That’s over 75% or a 5x relative reduction in nephrotoxicity, showing how PrecisePK’s precision dosing optimizes therapeutic outcomes, protects patients from avoidable adverse events, and optimizes clinical workflow.
