One of the biggest lessons my journey has taught me is that expertise doesn't begin when you know everything. It begins when you become comfortable admitting that you don't. The deeper I go into biotechnology, the more I realise how much there is still to discover. Every lecture, research paper and laboratory session reminds me that science is constantly evolving. The same is true in brand strategy. Consumer behaviour changes. Markets evolve. Technology reshapes how people make decisions. The professionals who continue to grow are usually the ones who never stop learning. I've stopped chasing the idea of having all the answers. Instead, I'm focused on asking better questions, staying curious and improving every day. Whether in a laboratory or in a strategy session, curiosity will always take you further than ego. Here's to lifelong learning, continuous growth and becoming better than yesterday.
