AI is not exposing a technology gap.   It’s exposing an operational one. Yesterday’s TEI Houston Breakfast at BoyarMiller reinforced something we think many SMB leaders are starting to realize: The companies seeing traction with AI are not the ones chasing every new model release. They’re the ones with: - clean operational ownership - usable data - workflows that can actually absorb AI output - leadership teams aligned on execution Everyone wants AI to accelerate the business.   Very few want to address the operational friction slowing the business down first. That’s why so many pilots stall after the demo. The real “ah-ha” moment from the conversation was this: AI is behaving less like a software rollout and more like an operational stress test. It exposes every weak process underneath it. Over the next 18 months, we think the biggest differentiator for SMBs will not be who adopted AI first.   It will be who built the operational foundation to make it useful at scale. A sincere thank you to TEI and BoyarMiller for hosting us and creating space for a conversation that leaders are clearly hungry to have. #AI #SMBLeadership #Houston #PraxisIQ
