#Continuing_My_PMP_Certification_Journey 🚀 (#Day-27/60) Let me share a real situation 👇 We were working on a delivery… Everything was going as planned. Timeline was tight, but manageable. Then one small thing happened 👇 Client said: 👉 “We need a minor change” Team understood: 👉 “Just a small UI update” No detailed discussion No proper clarification No written confirmation Development started… Time passed… At the end, client said: 👉 “This is not what we expected” That “small change” turned into: ❌ Rework ❌ Delay ❌ Escalation ⚠️ The problem was not technical 👉 It was communication My key learning today: Small misunderstandings create big problems. This made me realize — It’s not enough to hear requirements… 👉 You must confirm and validate them 🔥 Big takeaway: If it’s not clearly understood… 👉 it will be wrongly delivered 💬 Have you faced something similar? Where a “small change” became a big issue? Let’s share real experiences 👇 📌 A strong PM doesn’t assume… they clarify, confirm, and document. #PMPJourney #Day27 #ProjectManagement #Communication #Leadership #ProgramManager #CareerGrowth
