🌟 A Journey of Growth & Learning 🌟 When I first joined Puja Purohit – Serving Sanatan 🕉️, I saw it not just as an organization but as a platform where tradition meets innovation. What started as an opportunity soon became a journey that allowed me to explore multiple dimensions of my career. As a Sales & Marketing Specialist, I got the chance to dive deep into digital marketing, sales strategies, and client engagement. Every campaign, every interaction, and every challenge has been a chance to learn how business growth can be aligned with cultural values. Parallelly, my role as an HR, Business Development & Scrum Master Intern taught me a whole new set of skills: ✨ Handling end-to-end recruitment and onboarding to bring the right talent onboard ✨ Designing employee engagement activities to nurture workplace culture ✨ Building strong client relationships while exploring business opportunities ✨ Facilitating Agile practices as a Scrum Master, driving collaboration and efficiency What ties these experiences together is one simple lesson — growth happens when you step out of your comfort zone and embrace every challenge as a chance to evolve.
